By downloading, installing, or using the How I Nom mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Description of Service

How I Nom is a food tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of food and estimate nutritional content. The service includes:

• Photo-based food logging
• AI-powered nutritional analysis
• Daily calorie and macro tracking
• Weekly progress summaries

3. Account Registration

To use How I Nom, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial:

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access
• No payment information required during trial

Free Tier:

• After trial expiration, limited to 3 photos per day
• Access to basic features

Premium Subscription:

• Unlimited photo analysis
• Access to all features
• Billed monthly or annually
• Auto-renews unless cancelled

You can manage your subscription in your account settings or through your device's app store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to collect data about other users
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by How I Nom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall How I Nom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and data you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store it for service purposes. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
